A message from the series "Sunday Service." One of the essential characteristics of the church is that of being a “Community of One Anothers.” Throughout scripture we find this phrase “one another” when describing the people of God.
“This is My commandment, that you love one another.” “Be devoted to one another.” “Bear one another’s burdens.” “Be hospitable to one another.” “Serve one another.” “Build up one another.” “Comfort one another.” “Encourage one another.” “Seek after that which is good for one another.” “Stimulate one another to love and good deeds.” This is just a sample, there are many more verses that call us to care for “one another.”

CloseIn Joshua 23 - 24 we hear Joshua's final words to Israel before his death. In the lifetime of Joshua no pagan nation or city was able to stand against Israel as they walked with God. The Promised Land was conquered, but the Canaanites had not totally been driven out. That was the task that Joshua left to the next generation.
